Combination Foods List
Many of the foods we eat are mixed together in
various combinations. These combination foods
do not fit into any one exchange list. Often it is
hard to tell what is in a casserole dish or prepared
food item. This is a list of exchanges for some typical
combination foods. This list will help you fit these foods
into your meal plan. Ask your dietitian for information about
any other combination foods you would like to eat.
